Working with me

I support adults in reconnecting with their innate clarity and resilience, even in the midst of stress, anxiety or uncertainty.

The Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MABCT) approach I use is rooted in the understanding that wellbeing isn’t something we chase, it’s something we uncover.

 

The more you are consistently on solid ground within yourself, external circumstances lose their grip. That’s the Inside-Out perspective I work from, where insight and peace of mind arise naturally. When we begin to see this for ourselves, change happens naturally, without force or effort.

 

Our work together will be in a safe, reflective space to allow and explore fresh insights to gently shift what’s been holding you back. Clients often describe my manner as calm and patient, yet perceptive and gently challenging.

 

Counselling doesn’t need to be a last resort. It can be a proactive way to care for yourself, especially if you’re feeling stuck in uncertainty and want to take a meaningful next step. If that resonates, I’d welcome the chance to explore whether we’re a good fit.
