It's usually a 20 minute chat online or on the phone to explore whether working together feels good for you. We’ll touch lightly on what brings you to counselling, how I work and how I can help.

I see clients both In person and Online over Zoom. Sessions are £50 and are typically on a weekly basis for 50 minutes.
